Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

2. Fulfillment Partners

We work with trusted fulfillment providers, including:

  • Printful (for print-on-demand products such as hoodies, mugs, laptop sleeves, etc.)

  • AutoDS (for selected dropshipping items such as accessories and tech products)

Each order is automatically sent to the appropriate fulfillment center depending on the product type.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Germany & EU Countries:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Free shipping for orders over €40

  • Flat rate: €4.99 for orders under €40

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 8–15 business days

  • Flat rate: €13.99

Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination and carrier.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

AlyumniAlpha is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
