Refund policy

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

4. Non-returnable items

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Personalized or print-on-demand items (e.g., hoodies, mugs, laptop sleeves, etc.)

  • Discounted or final sale items
